A wee leg burner
This wee Leg Burner does exactly what it's supposed to do. You'll be working your hams, your quads, your glutes and even a wee bit of arms.
Perform each exercise the whole way through.
20 of each and if it's an exercise that you hold, then 20 seconds.
Try it's once, and if you get up enough stamina, then have a 2 minute rest and off you go again.
