Set up in 2016 Active Fitness has become an essential component in the fitness industry that enables those people who aren't able to pay for fitness to access a whole host of classes whilst on a tight budget. 

Boxercise

Zumba

Boxercise Classes take place every Monday at 9:30am.
This is an extremely popular class with both men and woman.
Our Experienced Zumba instructors have been able to create explosive Zumba Fitness sessions that beginners and veterans alike enjoy and keep coming back for more.  Zumba sessions takes place every Monday at 6:00pm and Wednesdays at 9:30am.

LEgs, bums & tums

​Legs, Bums & Tums here at Active Fitness certainly is not the usual class you may identify with at your local gym or fitness suite.  Here at Active Fitness we like to mix things up a little and make you work that little bit harder - Dare To Try?  This class takes place on a Thursday morning at 9:30am.

Abs Attack

There are hundreds of abdominal moves you can do. From bodyweight moves like planks to kneeling crunches requiring cables, there are ab exercises for people of all levels. Active Fitness will put you through some of the best ab attack moves to give you a strong, tight core that will look and feel great. This class takes place on a Tuesday 9:30am.
BODY BLAST
Here at Active Fitness Body Blast certainly is not the usual class you may identify with at your local gym or fitness studio.  Here at Active Fitness we like to mix things up a little and make you work that little bit harder - Dare To Try?  
​This class takes place on a Wednesday at 6:00pm and Friday morning at 9:30am.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. This class takes place on a Tuesday at 9:30am and Thursday at 6:00pm.

Only £10 for One Session Per Week or Two Sessions Per Week for £15
The Fitness industry has evolved over the years with a lot of people opting for a Personal Trainer to assist in individuals reaching their goals.  This can be a very costly service, however, here at Active Fitness we are able to provide Personal Training sessions from £10 for a half hour session!  We are delighted to be able to provide a team of 8 Personal Trainers who will be more than happy to provide you with a 1st Class Service to meet you're every training need.  Get in touch for more information.
